If you need a website for your business and don’t have any experience, we can help!

We will send you a form to fill in which will tell us who you are and what you do, who your customers are and what you sell. The form is quite in depth so give yourself some time to complete it. It will get you thinking about your business and how you connect with your customers, and let us know the types of website you need and how it should look.

When we have agreed how you website will look, the budget to spend, and the hosting package we will ask you for a deposit. Once the deposit is paid we will get to work creating you a beautiful and effective website.

We will keep in contact with you throughout the design process and provide updates and you will be able to view your website as it is being built.

Yes! We can offer a content writing service.

Yes! No matter who built your current website, or the platform it is built on, we can help you!

Typically a website can take 6 – 12 weeks to completed, depending on the type of website.

We have, in the past been able to create an “Emergency Website” over a weekend. An express service as this will cost extra!

For websites under £1000 we will require payment upfront.

For websites over £1000 we will require a 50% deposit. We will then invoice you at agreed milestones.

Website hosting is due on the 1st of each month after the launch of your website.

Website costs can vary depending on a number of factors, just like the price of a car may vary.

Our websites start from just £150 for a basic 1 page website, top of the range e-commerce websites will cost up to £5,000.

We will offer you prices based on your requirements and offer recommendations to build upon your website.

Rawtenstall Web Design was founded by Andrew Thomas and Lisa Costello in 2010, however they had been creating excellent websites for over 5 years previously. So you can rest assured that your website is in the safest of hands!

Yes! We can source suitable images for your website either licence free or paid for, professional photographs.

We can also offer aerial photography.

If you change your mind we cannot provide a refund for work we have already completed. Any deposit paid cannot be refunded. We will however, total up the hours spent and if you have paid for more than we have completed we will discuss refunding this.
